Julia + Matt | Carnegie Museum Wedding

"La famiglia!"

That's what Julia said when I asked her to name the most important part of her wedding day.

Family.

It is a theme that Julia & Matt incorporated into every single part of their wedding: from nieces and nephews in the bridal party to Julia's mother officiating their gorgeous Carnegie Museum ceremony, to a glorious outdoor reception in Schenley Plaza (complete with carousel!), Julia & Matt wanted to make sure their family had the time of their lives. There were children everywhere. Literally EVERYWHERE. And it made for the most epic dance-party of all time. There is truly nothing like the carefree move-busting of a 3-year-old to make everyone cut loose. See pictures below for evidence.

Alexandra & Rob | Renshaw Farms Wedding

It was a dark and stormy night....well, afternoon. But still dark and stormy. And absolutely perfect--because it was Alex & Rob's wedding day! Despite the disappointment of having to move the ceremony inside at Renshaw Farms, the sun broke through the rain for a few shots and we ended the night with the ever-popular sparkler celebration. It was an absolutely joyful day!

Christina + Mike | Butler Wedding

What I will always remember from my first meeting with Christina and Mike is how much they both kept giggling.  They blew through the coffee shop at a level of giddy joy that seemed to completely spill out of them as they talked about each other and their future together.  As I usually do, I asked them what they were looking forward to most on their wedding day and Christina broke into the widest smile I'd ever seen and responded:

"We just can't wait to be married!"  And they both giggled.

I was completely smitten with these two.
